In southwestern Turkey, in the province of Denizli, there is one of the most beautiful places in the world, an incredible natural heritage, the very famous Pamukkale Natural Baths. These baths, a UNESCO Cultural Heritage Site, are among the most famous in the world and are located near the ruins of Hierapolis, an ancient city in the Hellenistic-Roman era and today a very important archaeological area, also a UNESCO Cultural Heritage Site. These free baths are a real masterpiece of nature, a magical and mysterious place. Here the waters, in their incessant flow, have formed many natural pools by digging the limestone and travertine rock and today the Baths of Pamukkale are some of the the most famous free natural spas in the world… from afar the show is incredible… a mountain of clouds or cotton flakes, with an intense white color and the thermal waters that slip between one tub and another.
