Golden Gate Bridge

Bridge San Francisco, California

One of the seven wonders of the modern world Golden Gate Bridge

The Golden Gate Bridge first opened in 1937. It also went by the name of "the bridge that couldn't be built" due to its incredible size. This fantastic bridge connects San Francisco to California's northern counties.

Construction began in 1933, and it took four challenging years but on May 27th, 1937 the bridge was inaugurated. Just like the first people that walked there, you will live an incredible experience at 746 feet high. You will be surrounded by a magical atmosphere walking in this modern engineering work of art. Its distinctive orange color and art deco style make this bridge one of the most important symbols of San Francisco. It will take you one hour to walk this bridge across its 1.7 miles. You will live a unique experience in a human-made creation that is considered to be one of the seven modern wonders.
