Acropolis of Rhodes

The Acropolis of Rhodes develops just three kilometers away from the center of the city of Rhodes, on Monte Smith. These are remains dating back to the 3rd and 2nd century BC, still visible evidence of the Hellenistic period. The Acropolis (or what is left of it) includes an area where the Temple of Apollo was, the stadium and a small theatre. A must for lovers of archeology and architecture.
