A door opened on a floating World, where everything is designed to move your feelings, a place to live the pleasure of tasting and welcome: this is the project that leads Claudio Liu to open Iyo in 2007. Today eleven windows invite you to enter Iyo and a Michelin star, since its 2015 edition, is the result of teamwork and of its constant desire to experiment.
Fragrant and delicious dishes come from the spectacular kitchen, led by Michele Biassoni, while from his sushi counter Master Masaki Okada creates delicious raw dishes. Every day, beside great classics, the two Chef give birth to innovative dishes, mixing the technique and the typical oriental flavors with the best Italian ingredients, the result is an international and unique cuisine.
