180 meters tall, better known as "The Gherkin" for its particular architecture and shape, designed by architect Norman Foster and his former associate, Ken Shuttleworth. Opened in 2004, the building stands on former Palace of the Baltic Exchange site, damaged by an IRA bomb in 1992.

One of the first skyscraper built in the British capital, with its 183 meters, it was until 1990 the tallest building of the UK. Today it is the third tallest skyscraper in the city and the eighth in the entire city of London.

The wedge-shaped tower, called "the cheesegrater", is one of the tallest buildings in the Square Mile, with its 224.5 meters and 48 stories. Its particular shape was designed by Richard Rogers to preserve the view of St Paul's Cathedral.
