Museum Hamburg, Germany

Ships and nautical things Internationales Maritimes Museum

This museum, located in Hamburg's oldest warehouse (1879), presents the close relationship between man and the sea across historical periods and civilizations in 10 rooms: interactive audiovisual documents, paintings, models and explanatory diagrams are exhibited.

Note the Lego model (almost 7 m) of Queen Mary 2, the reconstruction of the passenger cabin of the transatlantic France, the life-size model of a boat on Lake Titicaca, the section of the Nautilus and a model of the commercial port of Bremerhaven.
