The Osteria Enoteca Sotto le Fonti is located in the charming district of Santa Caterina. It offers the typical dishes of the rich Sienese culinary tradition, from homemade pici, tripe, ribollita (winter periods because you need black cabbage!) ... Fiorentina, and according to the season, truffles and fresh porcini mushrooms. The dishes can be combined with a wide selection of wines - 100 labels - especially Tuscan wines such as Chianti Classico, Morellino di Scansano, Nobile di Montepulciano and Brunello di Montalcino.
