Porto Miggiano

Beach Salento, Italy

The beach of 100 steps Porto Miggiano

Porto Miggiano is a coastal town in the municipality of Santa Cesarea Terme. The locality inhabited almost exclusively in the summer period, has a small tourist port and a tower of the same name built in the 16th century to defend against Saracen attacks. Here is one of the wonderful beaches of Salento, Cala di Porto Miggiano, a true corner of paradise to be discovered. This bay, set in an inlet overlooking the sea, is truly unique, just as unique is the extraordinary contrast of colors due to the turquoise waters with emerald reflections and the limestone cliffs that surround it.
