The church of San Luigi dei Francesi is a place of Catholic worship in Rome that overlooks the homonymous square, not far from Piazza Navona, in Rione Sant'Eustachio. It is the national church of the French in Rome from 1589.
The church houses important works including three masterpieces by Caravaggio: The Martyrdom of Saint Matthew, The Inspiration of Saint Matthew and Calling of Saint Matthew.
