The Intra Moenia literary café was born in 1989 near the Greco-Roman wall of Piazza Bellini which marked the border of the ancient city, and hence the name of the place which in Latin means "within the walls". Located in Piazza Bellini, this place in the historic center has been trying to promote reading and art in general since 1989 (being also a bookshop) and organizing evenings with live music every Wednesday.
