Echo Pavilion

Temporary installation Milan, Italy

The mysterious object that feeds on its surroundings Echo Pavilion

The Echo Pavilion installation by Chilean studio Pezo von Ellrichshausen is an architecture located in the central courtyard of Palazzo Litta, built in polished steel that amplifies the space reflecting the colonnade outside, like a mirror, while from the inside one can contemplate a portion of the sky.

Echo is a mysterious object that repeats and feeds on what surrounds it in an endless dialogue between inside and outside, between nature and architecture. The mirrored surface reflects the surroundings of the palace courtyard on its two levels, that of the baroque colonnade and that of the two upper orders.
