Bröd Punavuori is an urban-style Scandinavian bistro. This autumn Bröd pays homage to the Finn The menu of the Bröd Punavuori restaurant has been renewed. On the eve of Finland's 100th anniversary, the dishes pay homage to national flavours. The list includes flavors of Finnish nature, such as Baltic herring, homemade farmer's cheese, rustic roots, Finnish meat, classic Finnish berries, Birkkala spelled and spicy spruce oil. The list also includes Bröd staples: influences from Helsinki, Scandinavia and Europe.
