A stone's throw from Piazza De Ferrari, in a caruggio that descends towards the tangle of streets of the historic center, since 2010 there is the Trattoria Rosmarino. Born from the collaboration between Alessandro Massone, in the kitchen, and Felice Zingarelli who takes care of the room, in a few years the restaurant managed to conquer a place among the best places where to taste the typical Genoese cuisine. The common thread is tradition, slightly revisited and made to coexist with reductions, velvety and crunchiness that are neither trivial nor obvious.
