To sit at Ugo it's better to book, as it's always very crowded. The location is strategic, in a caruggio a few steps from the Duomo and not far from the Old Port. On the menu, in rotation, traditional dishes with some must-haves that deserve to be tasted, such as Genoese tripe, minestrone, stuffed anchovies, fried fish or Ugo cuttlefish. To this is added the pesto, to accompany the green fettuccine based on spinach or the classic trofie, both served with potatoes and green beans.
